Direction 2006 & Operation Lifesaver
Title: Interview - Mike Pringle (Montréal Alouettes)
Announcer:
An important (safety) message about trains
Sideline interviewer:
Were on the sidelines talking to Mike Pringle of the Montréal Alouettes
(Music/football game sound fx
Sound of football game, whistle, crowd noise)
Sideline interviewer:
Mike, that was some hit
it mustve been like getting hit by a train
Pringle:
Not really Bob
a train weighs thousands of tons
.and it comes down the tracks at up to 160 kilometers an hour
In fact, it takes a train about 2 seconds to travel the entire length of the football field
(sound fx - train, bells, whistle)
so if I got hit by a train, I wouldnt be standing here talking about it.
Sideline interviewer:
Uh, good point
(Music/fx)
Announcer:
If youre around trains, keep your distance (play it safe) and stay in the game.
